Would it be possible to release a hotfix to enable Ajax?

Would it be possible for Uber to release a hotfix when they get back that does nothing other than enable Ajax on those accounts that should have it?

Info for those who aren't following:

Ajax is one of those winter/autumn sale commanders. Anyone who had access to the game (back then in beta) before the sales ended was going to receive the comms. Uber has said KS backer comms are a higher priority, which makes sense, but it's a bit stupid that the Ajax is ready but just not enabled for such a long time. Little is known about the other commander.

This is getting a bit ridiculous, it's been over a year and still the Autom and Winter Sale Comms, along with the Extra Comm for the original Delta Owners, are still MIA.

Well yeah... but its pretty much changing one line of code from 'false' to 'true' or something... The commander's done, we're not asking them to make it.

Its files were added to the game last build. You can play as it in offline mode.
