It could be so funy to play with negative bounty, so when a player kills an opponent he gets -0.1 eco. who are in favor?
..... well i guess what that would do is making people to build a significant army first before trying kill all other commanders ... not unintresting but kinda weird
I don't know why Uber removed this, it was fun. I believe it's just a UI limitation though & so it should be trivial to enable via a mod. The other option was to reclaim them to death, preventing the bounty from being applied. ALso you could punish
