Units stuck at the teleporter

Sporadicly i have some problems with the teleporters units seems to get stuck in it, specially after it turns off for lack of power. It seems unist get suck underground of it, no new units can enter, and the other units get forever lost underneath it. It is specially prominent with T2 units.

I sometimes experience the same issue, both with teleporters and factories. A bandaid fix is to self-destruct the "stuck" units to clear the way.

When I did that I had a wall of stuck wreckage blocking the way

I find reclaiming them - after destroying them works

Yeah this is really annoying. only thing you can do is to reclaim the teleporter. and by god that is near impossible when there are so many units jammed into the building model. You keep reclaiming the units lol.

This bug has lost me many games, because i get that one moment where all the stars align to move units out, but the teleporter gets jammed and opponent realizes his weak spot. And then its a 3 hour turtle fest to try and break his planetary defences now or just leave the game

And this happens in both live and pte for me.

Drives me nuts. I just replace and reclaim the blocked up teleporter.
