Planet with no land in GW

In Galactic war I came across a planet where is no land.. just ocean.. no place to land my commander (no circle and no number with arrow witch shows me place to land.. cant surrender because i haven´t yet commander on planet, cant fly anywhere else in space. What can i do? Can i force the game to regenerate that planet again?

Umm, what happens if you leave it for two minutes? Does it automatically spawn your commander at all?

i was counted on it, but nothing happened

Are you using any mods by any chance? (Or have used them in the past?)

no never. I have a steam version but i run it from folder.
