Help please !!

    Can anyone tell me how should I deal with this !?!?!
    When I start the game it opens a miny window which says: "Unable to sign in"
    It has details of how should I resolve this problem, but it didnt help a lot.
    What is written is: "Uknown error authenticating, possible related to firewall or antivairus settings"
    Please HELP !!!! What should I do ?
