[Bug 49073] Waiting for other players to land

Joined a game with friends. they had started playing before my loading had finished. on finishing loading the game was stuck 5 seconds in the past, and as waiting for other players to land. Eventually gained the ability to move my commander but no playable menu options.

edit: solo games also have the same problem. the chrono cam doesn't turn off and is stuck a few seconds behind. I can still however issue move orders to the commander.
