One thing that has to change is Skill's host though. It's unbearable for all of us. I think each team should be allowed to veto a host in the future.

There can be John, but there shouldn't be once the game starts. You can trash talk all you want before and after or even inbetween, but when you're in game playing you can't let that get to you. I can understand getting annoyed because you're team can't execute or you're fighting out of spawn, but it shouldn't have anything to do with what the other team says.
