Graphics drivers are up to date (GeForce Experience, ho!). On a fibre optic connection and updated various applications at the time this thing started updating.

It's not your graphics .. lol

It's definitely something network related..
I'm trying to work this out myself so i can offer fixes..

does mashing verify file continue the download or completely restart the whole lot.??

Just as guess: can you try to set compatibility mode with Windows 7 and then run launcher as administrator?

something like that happened to me when i updated to build v58197 but i work out fine later

It works fine now, SXX. Just something I wanted to point out in case of any potential issues with the updated launcher (as it updated itself).

Oh, and I was updating from Alpha.
