When the UI is rendered using the CPU, which shouldn't happen but whatever, the Loading icon causes a lot of unnecessary CPU load. This mod removes the animation so this is no longer the case. An added benefit of this is that generating might be faster since it has more CPU load available for that. https://github.com/Lars024/PaUiPerformanceFix
