The video is small because the raw footage was not collected at a 16:9 resolution.

As you said, quality test 2 is dark . But you can still improve your aspect ratio further as well. Looks like you recorded in a 16:10 ratio, which results in slim black bars on either side of the youtube player. I don't find this to be a huge deal (as opposed to 4:3 video the flash player) but if you do want to do away with the bars, it can be easily done. Option 1: Record in a 16:9 resolution such as 1280x720, 1600x900, 1920x1080, etc. Option 2: Crop the 16:10 footage and render the final product out in a 16:9 resolution.

Getting better, I tend to not notice stuttering unless it's pointed out so maybe don't highlight that fact so much.

I agree If someone tells me its going to stutter Ill watch out for it, If I just load it up and its not obvious Ill just watch it and It will look smooth to me : P

Also you sound Dexterboy off Sanity Not Included, love the accent.

If you get nervous doing commentaries try and make believe your just playing normally and not to an audience. If you make it formal that's when you struggle. I know I do personally, some of us just can't pull of charismatic as much as we would want to, hence why I prefer other people talking when I do videos so I have stuff to bounce off.

Still though good effort. I remember when I first started I was messing around with settings for weeks, and I'm still not 100% happy with my encodes

Yeah. I noticed about that indirect nerf.

I like the idea you presented about getting MNC out there and getting basic game knowledge out via an easy to access medium.

Its not up to question that one of the several reasons for low player retention is due to not having accessible info. But I have a question. How can you be so sure that those people who would so easily drop MNC instead of looking for that crucial information would pay the free and easy to interpret tutorials any mind.

a lot of people on both those channels have either never seen monday night combat before, or have seen xcalizorz playing it, tried it and disliked it cause they didnt know what to do, and only take xcalizorz as their source for monday night combat tips and tricks. if we can get people into the game via them allready having knowing not to facestab a tank will make the game a lot more pleasurable for them. also, 90% of people are too lazy to search for information, and would rather it is presented to them on a silver platter.

I still destroy pubs as sin.

but pubs are easier than competetive matches, which is where the sin was affected by this most.
