I currently have 3 tabs: 2v2, 3v3 to 5v5 and big games (12+ players). I'd like to split the 3v3 to 5v5 tab (which currently has 25 maps) into 3 tabs and add a tab for maps that work with any number of players (since I plan on adding a bunch of them soon) to make it easier for people to select maps.

I think the tabs system in the system browser is good so I don't think it'd cause any issues but I still feel bad about crowding the browser with 5 or 6 tabs.

My response is 'within reason' and 'keep tab names as short as damn possible while thinking of uniqueness from similar packs'

    I have something like 3 1v1 tabs...

Up to the creator really, not a fan of it personally as I have so many map packs installed I already have 3 lines of tabs.

I think I'll split the difference and do:
    - "Grand Homie 2v2&3v3"
    - "Grand Homie 4v4&5v5"
    - "Grand Homie 12+ Players"
    - the maps for any number of players (wadiya style), name tbd

I agree, I like concise and unique names for tabs.

Maybe split the maps into modes (1v1, Team Shared, Team No Shared, FFA), then use name order to group them, so all the 2v2 maps start their name with 2v2, etc.

I don't have any 1v1, shared or FFA maps, otherwise I'd do that. I just have team unshared maps and I have 42 so far (more to come) so I don't want to have them all in one tab, it's not user friendly.
My maps all end with NvN NS (2v2, 3v3, etc) to make it easy to select already.
