I cant build titans in titan client

I like to play ai skirmish with a cheat mod I have a lot and I could build titans fine, but now they don't appear as something I can build

Check that you haven't switched to classic mode.

This might sound stupid but are you using the right fabs ? You need t2 fabs or orbital fabs. Also you might not have the tech (????) if you're in Galactic War?

Can you build the other new units from titans like sparks and lobs etc?
Do you use any mods?
