[Bug-49073] Artillery vehicles fire straight up

    On the plus side, at least now I've got a great anti-satellite defense system.

    The projectiles continue indefinitely, and do not return to the planet. This does not happen with the bot artillery.

    I think what they actually do is shooting at aircraft. It's what mine did last night.
