Black screen

I recently purchased this game except it was the titans version. It worked the first time I launched it but now it just opens up and as soon as I launch the tutorial or a multiplayer game the screen goes black. I am unable to click anything but the blue cursor is visible. I can also hear music. I have it installed the game with this file path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Planetary Annihilation Titans
I have the newest drivers for everything and have reinstalled the game multiple times please I need help

Ah, DxDiag was added. Nice! You will want to update your drivers too if you still have the black screen as there is a newer version available: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 10 - 64
