Immediate Crash in PA TITANS

So, I just got the game. I played it at a friends house, and I really liked it. But if I click, the game freezes and then crashes. I managed to set up an AI skirmish and then launch it, but then I just got the blank screen with the moons. Then I clicked, and the game crashed. I haven't actually played a single game. I have updated my driver and increased virtual memory. PLEASE HELP!!!

Can you please post a dxdiag? Also there is a list of incompatible software that will make the game crash, I'll post you in link in a bit...
