When I click "Return to Main Menu" after completing a game (online or offline), crashes to a black screen which I can't recover from.

Seems to occur more often after chrono cam use

    Any help or guidance appreciated

Also last 1 versus 1 match reply did not save to be viewable after - 06/07/15, not sure if this is from the same issue

Next time it happens, can you check the Activity Monitor to see if there are still CoherentUI_Host processes (or something like that) running?
Also, can you post a PA log from a session where the black screen occurs? You can find those in "~/Library/Application Support/Uber Entertainment/Planetary Annihilation/log" (where ~ is your home directory). Just delete all of the ones there, then start PA and make it get a black screen and then close PA. You can post the newly created log here using the "Upload a File" button on this forum.

That log looks ok. Nothing obvious there.

How about those CoherentUI_Host processes during the black screen?

Also, does resizing the window or switching between full screen and windows change anything?

Did any error messages pop up during the crash?

    No error message

I switched from running in full screen to running windowed and then maximising and this seems to have resolved it - any ideas?

Do you have a 4k monitor? The game doesn't officially support 4k, but running in windowed mode allows you to play.

My bad for not replying to this - I do not have a 4k monitor

However if I run windowed and maximise then no issues. If I run full screen then symptoms reoccur.

So I will run windowed and maximise
