    Rotary phones is how you name those nowadays wherever you live. When I was young we have a "normal" phone and another with buttons and the first one was harder for me to learn how to use

    Prooobably joking, especially if it were a digital watch. In America anyway school is required, and one of the early things you learn is how to tell time. Y'know they bring out the big clock that they move the hands on and you gotta subtract hours and all that stuff.

    Besides the minority shouldn't be used against the majority. There have been a LOT of stupid people in this world.

    No. And to elaborate, "corner neighbors" not only don't count, but offer a nightmare of jurisdiction.
