Personal:
Was once a simple prototype Bouncer Bot that was slated to replace the current generation of Bouncers. Tests were looking good until during one test as he passed through the anti-meat barrier there was a slight power surge that ended up knocking him out with a trail of smoke coming out of his head. Not wanting to work on it as it was the end of the shift and the weekend the engineers left the prototype sitting at his recharge station where he re-awakend soon after with a new purpose as the protocols and hardware preventing Bots from gaining sentience had been wiped and fried in the surge. Mostly unable to override his combative programming(or simply not wanting to), he started studying anything relevant to fighting, war, martial arts, engineering, etc and began postulating on how he could become a better combatant on the field.
Once the weekend was over the engineers returned to find that the prototype had not only chosen himself a name, but had also upgraded his mind and body giving him the tools he needed to flatten just about anything in his path. He soon pummelled anyone who tried to shut him down, even a handful of seasoned Pros, which in all granted him the opportunity to show his worth in the arena.

Primary Weapon: Fists
Primary Fire: Basic punch. Combo added with Offensive Upgrades
Alternate: Standard Bouncer grapple

Secondary Weapon: Riot Taser(chargeable. Range dependant on charge level). Transforms out of forearm
Primary Fire: Fire taser bolt. Hold to increase charge/range. Movement slowed while charging
Alternate: Initiates optical boost(aka mid-range scope)


Skills
Offensive
Lvl 1: Basic Punches. Riot Taser takes 5s to full charge
Lvl 2: Mini-grapple three-Punch combo, last punch knocks target away. Riot takes 4s to full charge
Lvl 3: Spikes added to fists. Final punch replaced with uppercut. Stun effect added to Riot Taser(length of Stun dependant on charge)
Lvl 4: Mini-grapple causes DoT effect. RiotTaser takes 3s for full charge.

Defensive
Lvl 1: Base stuffs
Lvl 2: Movement speed increased. Increased health regen while stationary
Lvl 3: Increased Skill and Health regen while stationary
Lvl 4: Health increased

Blue Skill: Roller
Lvl 1: Transforms into a ball, can start tearing around the map
Lvl 2: Speed/duration increase. Spikes emerge from body for more damage
Lvl 3: Even greater speed/duration. Spikes electrify causing stuns*
Lvl 4: Electrical charge builds faster

Yellow Skill: Turret Ranger
Lvl 1: Charges at and jumps onto turret pounding on them to cause damage(also causes turret to fire wildly)
Lvl 2: Increased damage and resistance to turret fire. (Possibly enough damage to down a Lvl2 Rockit)
Lvl 3: Increased duration and even more turret resistance. Can grapple Jackbot causing it to rampage
Lvl 4: Ability to direct the fire of a rampaging turret

Alternate Yellow Skill: Boosterpack
Lvl 1: Boosts ground speed
Lvl 2: Increased duration/speed
Lvl 3: Increased duration. Can now be used with Roller Skill for more damage/speed(at lvl2 stats)
Lvl 4: Acts as a Jetpack if activated mid-air

Alternate Yellow Skill2: ChargeBooster
Lvl 1: Bouncer-style Lunge with better range(10-15% farther) 1-2 Lunges per full Skill meter
Lvl 2: Lunge Range increased. +1 Lunges per skillmeter. Punch added.
Lvl 3: Lunge Range increased. +1 Lunges per skillmeter. Double punch. Can be used with Roller Skill for speed boost(at lvl 2 stats)
Lvl 4: Lunge can be charged by holding Skill button. Skillmeter drains as button is held

Lvl 1: Unleashes EMP burst, disables bots

Minimal Charge: 1/4-1/2 second of Stun
Stun reduced by 1/2 second per impact(Slimbots will not drain charge)
Jackbot can only be stunned on Full charge but also drains the charge

I don't think there's skill level 4.

My main problem with this pro is that he seems too mobile - he'd have to start out quite slow to compensate. The speed seems to be countered by his lack of abilities outside of short range, but I'm worried that he's able to close the gap and keep you there with stuns so much that it's never a problem. It doesn't sound like he could be weakened enough as he charges at you in roller form.

As for the idea itself, it's another great mechanical unit idea (I especially enjoy the story and personality). There seems to be a very strong cry for a mechanical pro - I wouldn't be surprised to find an end result being a mash-up of similar ideas.

Overall speed I was thinking Tank level or less with Passive2 bringing him up to Gunner(if below Tank) or Assault(if even with Tank). Not sure how much speed should be added by the BoosterPack tho I was thinking 100 per level, which would boost him to just above Assassins base run speed
So rough idea...
Base: 400
Passive2: 500
Booster1: 600
Booster2: 700

I'm envisioning the RiotTaser where if you tap Fire you get about 20ft out of it, charge it fully and you can hit across the map. How long that would take I'd leave up to Uber

As for the Roller skill, I'd probably rig it so he can't just turn on a dime and if the player tried to turn too fast(like a split second 180) Johnny would tumble out of the roll. Maybe increase "traction" with each upgrade
Also I figure the Stun of Roller3 would take time to charge up and weaken with every impact(based on size, BlackJack will drain more than a Slimbot)
No clue on speed for Roller, tho at the very least Passive2 won't have an effect

Not sure how much health he'd get, but it'd have to be reasonable between his slow walk speed and requirement on skills to move quickly. I'd say at least Support grade health, maybe Assault(400-500)

This is awesome, from the name to his skills. I think that he should move around tank speed at first, because having him roll around at anything faster would be crazy. Fun. But crazy.

in my opinion, the booster pack should be changed in some way, and also possibly removing stun from the roller. an idea that i have had for the booster pack replacement skill is a leap/lunge like current bouncers do, but without the grapple as a mobility tool (but change its speed to a more reasonable one)

I like the lunge/charge idea, added my ideas on it as alt bonus skill
As for the stun on Roller3, I posted ideas earlier. Mostly that it takes a little bit to get a full charge and said charge decreases with each impact. I figure that way you wouldn't be able to just insta-roll and get a full Stun and at the same time can't keep the full Stun if you try to bowl through a group of bots to get a Pro
I'm thinking 1/4-1/2 second of stun at starting charge up to 2-3seconds of Stun at full with each impact causing 1/2 second of Stun to be drained off and no Stun loss on Slimbot impacts as they'd probably die on impact anyway
